Guided Growth Consulting
Who we are
Founded in 2025, Guided Growth Consulting provides accessible, high-quality services that offer genuine value for our clients. We recognise that people navigating change, whether in education, work, or their personal life, often don’t have access to tailored, evidence-based guidance that is both effective and affordable.
Alongside career and life direction support, we also offer care for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, and grief, understanding that these experiences often intersect with major life decisions and changes.
Our aim is to help people at every stage build clarity, confidence, and the practical skills needed to make informed choices about their future and wellbeing. Whether you’re exploring career options, considering a transition, returning after time away, or feeling uncertain about your next steps, we work with you to make sense of where you are and where you want to go.
By integrating psychological expertise with career development knowledge, we create a thoughtful and supportive environment where you can reflect on what matters most, your values, goals, and the challenges you’re facing.
We believe that thriving is not only about external success, but also about feeling grounded, purposeful, and aligned in yourself.
